UNAVSA-9 Hotel Location
May 17, 2012 – Minneapolis, MN – The official location of the 9th annual UNAVSA conference will be at the DoubleTree by Hilton Bloomington Minneapolis South, located at 7800 Normandale Boulevard, Minneapolis, Minnesota, 55439, from July 26 – 29, 2012.
I arrived in Atlanta, GA on Saturday morning, April 21, 2012 to sunny weather and Southern hospitality from Tim Ho, adviser to the Union of Vietnamese Association Georgia (UVSA-GA). This was my first time staying in Atlanta and first time to the popular UVSA Olympics events hosted by UVSA-GA since 2004. The idea of the Olympics was conceptualized by former UVSA-GA President Su Le who wanted an event that could interest a large number of VSA members and allow them to interact with each other in a fun and memorable experience.
